Hell... no!!! I managed huge hotels and businesses, won international awards, acted as a judge in a variety of award ceremonies, and talk to huge brands/clients every day. And yet, I absolutely hate it being on camera. But, if you manage to overcome some of my delivery (I promise I got better as we were shooting the course)...you will become a much better marketer.
